SUMMER SNACK: Parmesan Tots

As we step into Summer, we crave more easy to make recipes for all of the alfresco dining we plan to do (weather permitting!). Whether it’s for dinner parties, barbecues or even picnics, low maintenance dynamic comfort food is where it’s at. brings us something very interesting with Parmesan Tater tots (with a tangy sauce to go with them). With pre-prepared tater tots, you’ll whip this recipe up in no time at all!

Cooking Time: Preparation time 10 mins, cooking time 30 mins

Serves: 10, ridiculously easy!


3 tbsps of chili sauce

3 tbsps of mayonnaise

1 tbsp of yellow mustard

1 tbsp of sweet pickles, chopped

1 (2lb) bag of frozen potato tots

1 1/2 tbsp of olive oil

1 1/2 tsp of garlic powder

1/2 c. Parmesan, grated

Equipment Needed: Medium bowl, 2 x wooden spoons, baking sheet

Combine chili sauce, mayonnaise, yellow mustard, and chopped sweet pickles. Toss potato tots, olive oil, garlic powder on a baking sheet; roast at temperature specified on package 25 minutes. Toss with Parmesan; roast 3 to 4 minutes. Serve with the sauce.
