THE PASSOVER TAKEOVER (featuring sample meal plan!)
From next week, we at faithtable are having a Passover takeover on our Instagram (@faith_table) to assist anyone in need of recipe or meal inspiration for the upcoming Jewish festival (starting the evening of April 19th and ending April 27th). The twist here is that we plan to cater to those of you who (like us!) may not be huge fans of the usual Pesach food suspects (gefilter fish, matzah, coconut pyramids etc!).
Do keep an eye out also as this week, we had the great pleasure of watching famous chef and owner of Pizarro Restaurants José Pizarro, creating a Passover-friendly (yes you heard it here first!) Spanish Omelette (or ‘Potato Tortilla’) exclusively for us here at faithtable! The recipe is here! And let us assure you, it was the most delicious omelette we have ever tasted - and not a grain in sight!
