Artichoke Recipe

Healthy, easy to make and Passover-friendly - the perfect starter for your grainless dinner!

Cooking Time: Preparation time 5 mins, cooking time 1 hr

Serves: One per person, very easy


Globe artichokes (as required)

Half a lemon (as required, optional)

Garlic cloves (as required)

Vinaigrette ( with chopped egg) - optional

Equipment Needed: Chopping knife, saucepan

Cut the stem off the artichokes and place in a saucepan with cold water and lemon (for cleaning purposes).

Boil for an hour (or as long as it takes to easily remove a leaf).

Optionally drizzle on vinaigrette with chopped egg.
